Waited over 45 mins for starters, called it quits when tables (plural) who were seated after us were given their mains. When asked what was going on the manager vaguely pointed at the kitchen and walked away without apology. We could wait no more, left before saying that it wasn't on; the manager stared blankly. AVOID
